Amsterdam on tour – London stormer

London stormer

Amsterdam performed as well as they have ever done in London on Saturday night. The Borderline club had its roof blown off by the gang who performed as a seven piece on the night.

Anyone who bought an album might have noticed a printing error by the manufacturers in this batch. Just send us your address and we’ll replace it with the correct sleeve.

The planned gig with the Stranglers in Lincoln this Friday has now been cancelled. The Stranglers are still playing though.

As many of you will already know The lads are also out on the road in November and December as very special guests of Dodgy and The Icicle Works. An extra date with Dodgy has been added at the Sheffield Leadmill on November 6.

The lads (and lasses!) are very excited to be launching their live album 1, 2, 3, 4! at the Borderline club this Saturday night. The huge 7-piece band – featuring Eimear on flute – will hit the stage at 9:15pm and promise a wonderful night of songs old and new.

Anyone buying the live album can have it signed by the gang immediatly after the show. Tickets are available from Ticketweb and Seetickets, or you CAN pay on the door.

Also you can now read the blanket coverage Amsterdam received on Merseyside last week in reviews.

Liverpool conquered, London next…

Liverpool conquered, London next…

The boys put in a sensational 16-song performance on Saturday night in Liverpool. Once again the new songs stole the show and everybody went home happy.

Ian performed on the Philaharmonic Hall mainstage on Sunday afternoon with Ian McNabb and commented “It’s the most beautiful place to play, you hardly need a PA it’s so well designed”.

Finally Paulie saved the day live on BBC Radio Merseyside Dave Monks show when he stepped in to perform a very special performance of Does this train stop on Merseyside? after Ian’s voice packed in.

London is next this Saturday when the boys return to the Borderline club, their spiritual home. You can buy tickets from Ticketweb and Seetickets and an unreal night is promised.

You will also be able to purchase the live album 1,2,3,4! and the gang will also sign it for you after the show.
