Amsterdam’s second single Does This Train Stop on Merseyside? will be released next month on Monday 18 April.
This is the first time the song has ever been officially released despite the fact that it has already gained classic status mainly due to the fact it was the late great John Peel’s favourite other song.
Just like the band’s debut release The Journey (which hit the UK top 40 at number 32) this single will be available in three different formats. This will include fabulous brand new songs Strangest Girl and John and Paul as well as a mini DVD documentary presented by the band which visits all the major sites mentioned in Does This Train Stop on Merseyside?
Following the magnificent success of the first single the band are hoping they can capitalise upon this with the release of what is widely believed to be their finest moment.
Here we go again everyone!
